(“ExamVia”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we strive to provide our learners with high-quality, self-paced and expert-led digital learning solutions for academic and competitive exam preparation. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to reconsider your enrollment, and we aim to handle such requests with fairness and transparency.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests must be initiated within 48 hours of successful registration.
• To cancel your registration, please send an email to support@examvia.in with the email ID and mobile number used at the time of enrollment.
• Any cancellation request made after 24 hours from the time of registration will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Refund Policy

• ExamVia is a self-learning digital platform where learners can access curated content, mock tests, AI-driven assessments, and complimentary live doubt-clearing sessions by expert educators.
• Once a course is activated (typically within 48 hours of successful registration), no refund shall be issued except as outlined under this policy.
• At the time of admission, a non-refundable registration fee of ₹2500 is charged to confirm your enrollment.
• If a cancellation request is approved within the permitted time, the ₹2500 registration fee will be deducted from any refundable amount as processing charges.
• GST and other applicable taxes on the course fee and refund, if any, will be applied as per prevailing Government regulations.
• Transaction fees, payment gateway charges, or processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
